Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital communication plans across various online channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Create compelling and informative digital content, including social media posts, website copy, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor website analytics and social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of marketing messages.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and website updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital communications or social media management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong understanding of online communication best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
