Program Officer - Youth Development

About the Role

Our client, a prominent non-profit organization focused on empowering youth in Rustenburg , seeks a dedicated Program Officer for Youth Development . This role is key to designing, implementing, and managing impactful programs that support young people’s educational, personal, and social growth within the North West province. You will work closely with community partners, schools, and beneficiaries to ensure programs are relevant, effective, and meet the evolving needs of the youth we serve, contributing directly to positive social change in the region.

• Design, implement, and manage youth development programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate program activities, workshops, and mentoring sessions in Rustenburg .
• Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide detailed reports.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community centers, and youth organizations.
