Our client, a leading property valuation firm based in Rustenburg , is seeking a qualified and meticulous Residential Property Valuer . This role is essential for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a range of purposes, including sales, financing, and insurance. You will conduct detailed property inspections, analyze market data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's operations within the North West province, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to the team's reputation for excellence in Rustenburg .

• Perform detailed physical inspections of residential properties to assess condition, features, and potential.
• Gather and analyze comparable market data, sales history, and local economic factors impacting property values.
• Prepare comprehensive and professional property valuation reports using standardized formats and methodologies.
• Ensure all valuations are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, data, and reports for audit and reference purposes.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, including financial institutions, legal firms, and private individuals.

• Qualified and registered professional valuer with the South African Council for Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuation.
• Thorough understanding of valuation principles, methodologies, and market analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
