- Lead independent research projects focusing on the synthesis, processing, and characterization of advanced materials.
- Develop innovative material solutions to address complex engineering challenges and performance requirements.
- Utilize advanced characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, spectroscopy) to understand material properties and behavior.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate new materials into manufacturing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists and engineers in material science research methodologies.
- Publish research findings in high-impact scientific journals and present at international conferences.
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in materials research and development, with a strong publication record.
- Expertise in a specific area of materials science such as polymers, ceramics, metals, or composites.
- Proficiency with advanced materials characterization instrumentation and data analysis.
