About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join their team at the Rustenburg store. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, assisting them with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will contribute to the store's sales targets by effectively showcasing products and providing knowledgeable service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to drive sales.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system .
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues as needed.

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is advantageous.
