As a key member of our retail team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with product selections, and share your expertise in herbs and natural remedies. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

• Age:20 – 29 years old
• Education:Grade 12 / Matric (additional courses in health, wellness, or sales a plus)
• Experience:1–2 years in retail or customer service; experience with herbal or natural products is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of herbs, natural remedies, and wellness products
• Honest, reliable, and professional
• Well-presented and approachable
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and attentive to detail
