Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate for their store in Rustenburg . This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the retail environment. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Support the store management and team in achieving daily sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional activities.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster excellent working relationships.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
