• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with stocktaking, receiving, and merchandising tasks as needed.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  
  Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
