Sales Representative

About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage and grow their business within the vibrant industrial hub of Rustenburg. You will be the primary point of contact for clients in this region, responsible for building lasting relationships and driving sales of our client's diverse product range. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Rustenburg territory to achieve defined sales targets.
• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through in-person meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Present product information, proposals, and demonstrations effectively to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms of sales and agreements to secure new business and retain existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to foster long-term partnerships.
• Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress to sales management.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales or territory management.
• Strong knowledge of the Rustenburg industrial landscape and business community.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for field sales activities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
