Hire Resolve’s Client are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team in the mining industry in the North West province of South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, and other heavy metal structures according to blueprints and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:
1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
2. Cutting, shaping, and welding metal components to construct or repair boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels.
3. Inspecting and testing completed structures to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
4. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on existing metal structures.
5. Collaborating with engineers, welders, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Maintaining a safe working environment by following all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
1. 5 years of Post Trade experience as a Boilermaker in the mining industry.
2. Trade certification as a Boilermaker or relevant qualification and Grade 12 / N3 Certificate
3.

Experience with welding techniques, metal fabrication, and metal cutting tools.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision when working with metal components.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the mining industry.
8. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
