- Conduct home visits to assess family dynamics, needs, and safety concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized family support plans in collaboration with families and relevant stakeholders.

- Connect families with community resources, including educational, health, and financial services.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to family members, fostering open communication and problem-solving.

- Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with families in a support or case management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and community support services in North West .
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with other professionals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Rustenburg region.
