Web Developer; Frontend

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to join their established team in Rustenburg. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with the design and backend development teams, you will translate UI/UX designs into functional, interactive web pages. • Develop, test, and deploy user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate server-side logic with client-side code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including modern ES6+ features).
• Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
