Junior Aircraft Dispatcher

Our client is looking for an organized and motivated Junior Aircraft Dispatcher to join their aviation operations team in Rustenburg . This hybrid role offers a blend of remote planning and essential on-site coordination, providing a fantastic entry point into airline operations. You will assist in planning and monitoring flight schedules, ensuring all operational requirements are met for safe and efficient flight departures and arrivals.

• Assist senior dispatchers in preparing flight plans, including weather, NOTAMs, and routing information.
• Monitor flight progress and communicate any deviations or critical information to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with ground crews, air traffic control, and flight crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Support the scheduling and allocation of aircraft and crew resources.
• Learn and adhere to all company operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of aviation principles and flight operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, including some remote and some on‑site duties in Rustenburg .
