Responsible for supervising the preparation - storing of documents in the department, withdrawing equipment and consumables. personal safety equipment Office supplies, check information on Outsource shipping wages, petty cash disbursement keys, issue PR forms, order items. Check overtime work of employees in the department before submitting approval, and inspect products into the warehouse. Paying, Receiving Counting real things and documents correctly Make transfer records in the Work Flow and AS-400 systems.

• Scondary school 6 - Bachelor's degree
• Warehouse or administrative department 0 – 3 years
• Have knowledge and understanding of warehouse systems.
• Have knowledge and understanding of logistics systems.
• Have knowledge in ISO - 9001 and ISO - 14001 systems.
• Able to work outside of normal working hours. and can work both inside and outside the premises
• Ready to deal with changes and other special tasks assigned by supervisors.
