Warehouse Associate - Inventory Management

• Accurately receive, identify, and process incoming inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Organize and place stock in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
• Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are prepared for dispatch.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required), safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
• Report any damaged goods or stock discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
• Support other warehouse functions as required to ensure operational efficiency.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
