Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of the warehouse night shift team.
• Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve daily targets.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
• Report on shift performance, operational issues, and staff productivity.
• Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless operational transitions.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a demanding environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shift hours.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks as required.
• Experience in the Rustenburg area or similar industrial settings in the North West is an advantage.
