• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Train new staff members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Prepare shift reports on productivity, inventory, and any operational challenges.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on resource planning and operational improvements.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Must be physically capable of performing warehouse duties as needed.
• Residing in or near Rustenburg is advantageous.
