Job DescriptionWe are currently on a hunt for an Environmental Manager to join our client's team in Ruston, LA.
What you’ll be doing:
- The Environmental Manager will provide world class expertise to fully support the plant’s environmental objectives through demonstrated leadership
- Responsible for managing the environmental systems ensuring compliance with federal/state/local environmental laws, EPA regulations, and corporate policies.
- Develops plans and delivers results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment by participating in Mill Divisional environmental initiatives
We would love to hear from you if :
- 7+ years of progressive environmental experience in heavy manufacturing required
- Union experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering)
- Must have demonstrated success in environmental management
