• Manage financial operations including project/program budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis
• Review and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions during project implementation
• Create and maintain forecasts and budgets for various contract types
• Monitor cost, profitability, and schedule variances to support business operations
• Interact with various teams regarding project-related issues and create ad hoc reports as needed

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing program/project financials on federal contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Experience with financial management for T&M, FFP, and cost-plus engagements
• Strong computer skills, particularly advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with executives and clients

• Experience with Unanet ERP is a plus
• Familiarity with federal regulations related to travel expense estimates and invoicing
