Shift & Pay Details- 1st shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
- 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- 3rd shift: 10 PM - 5 AM
- $17 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
- 1+ years of experience
- Able to handle mechanical tooling, including drills, taps, pullers, bearing heaters, and presses
- Experience operating a 25-ton overhead crane, forklift truck, hand truck, and hand tools
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
- Steel-toe boots
- Perform setup, disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of paper machine rolls across various sizes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during repair procedures, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
- Demonstrate proficiency in repair practices, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical assemblies and diverse roll types.
- Apply knowledge of equipment usage within paper machine manufacturing operations and associated machinery.
- Execute tasks involving the lifting and movement of heavy loads using overhead cranes.
- Apply expertise in setups and protocols pertinent to large equipment maintenance.
