Overview

The Panda Cook role is a key leadership position in the kitchen team. You will create food with passion, service with heart, and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests.

• Support a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
• Guide the kitchen team and assist with their training.
• Perform all back‑of‑house responsibilities.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Operations or food service experience preferred.
• Food safety: local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant's expense.

Employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 4 hours, reach across a 36‑inch counter, work in hot and noisy environments, and use kitchen equipment such as Chinese knives. Applicants must be able to work in a fast‑paced setting, communicate verbally, adapt to changing priorities, manage conflicts, and be able to engage physically with the tasks described.
