Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 hourly

Location: Ruston, LA

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They are knowledgeable in each product area or department in the store, uphold policies and procedures outlined in the visual and operations manuals, and promote each sale and promotion. As an ambassador of the organization and brand, the Sales Associate creates a unique customer experience to acquire and retain long‑time customers while passionately promoting merchandise.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, helping customers as they enter the store and managing multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set personal sales goals and track performance to continuously improve selling skills.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as documented in the operations policy manual, personnel manual, visual manual, and customer service manual.

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
