As a Service Technician, you will report directly to the Community Manager and play a critical role in keeping our property safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing service requests promptly and professionally.
- Performing preventative maintenance on apartments, grounds, pools, and common areas.
- Maintaining landscaping and grounds to keep the community pristine.
- Assisting with pool operations and maintenance (seasonal).
- Supporting overall community safety and curb appeal.
- Participating in on-call rotations to deliver 24-hour maintenance services when needed.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience. - Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and irrigation systems. - Certifications:
- EPA or HVAC Certification preferred.
- Pool Operator Certification a plus.
- Customer Service:
Committed to providing responsive, high-quality service to residents and coworkers. - Availability:
Must be able to respond to after-hours service calls on a rotating basis.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and work in tight spaces.
- Able to reach overhead for extended periods.
