Adecco is currently supporting a leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure and technical solutions in the search for a Lean Marketplace Attendant to support a high-volume manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, operational role that plays a key part in maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and continuous production within a LEAN manufacturing model.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive, stock, and organize materials within a LEAN marketplace environment
• Replenish inventory bins based on Kanban and material route signals
• Complete and track inventory transactions within a digital inventory system
• Support ad-hoc material requests to prevent production downtime
• Audit inventory levels to ensure accurate visual and system signals
• Assist with the setup and launch of minimarkets on production lines
• Track defects, discrepancies, and metrics alongside the Inventory Coordinator
• Respond quickly to replenishment signals to support continuous flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Provide feedback on process improvements, material flow issues, and inefficiencies

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
