Monday - Friday (Day Shift, Full Time)

Pay Rate: $17 Hourly (Minimum Starting Rate) + Performance Incentives

• Providing exceptional service to associates and customers by pulling orders and transfers, replenishing inventory, or receiving product in the warehouse.
• Working cooperatively with other team members while assisting with warehouse orders, loading trucks for drivers, organizing and maintaining the yard area, and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure a safe, friendly, and team‑oriented family culture.
• May include driving responsibilities, current driver's license required.

• Computer literacy; ability to learn and use our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other applicable systems.
• Effective communication across multiple platforms (in‑person, phone, email, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team; ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina: ability to stand and walk for long durations, lift up to 100 pounds.

• Previous experience using an RF Gun.
• Current forklift certification, where required.
