We are seeking a passionate and reliable
** Full-Time Educator
** to join our supportive team of professionals who are committed to creating engaging, child-led programs and fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.
** About the Role
*** Support the planning and delivery of
** play-based learning programs
** aligned with the
* Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
** Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments that promote children’s wellbeing and development
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators
* Assist in maintaining compliance with the
* National Quality Standards (NQS)
* and Busy Bees policies
* Work collaboratively within a team that values professional growth, respect, and open communication
** What You’ll Need**
* ** Certificate III or Diploma
** in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* ** Working with Children Check (Employee)** – NSW requirement
* Current
** First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
** certifications
* ** Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting
** training* A passion for early education and a commitment to continuous learning
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
