Roon is seeking a hands‑on technical leader to drive engineering execution, architectural decisions, and technology strategy. In partnership with leadership and engineering management, this role ensures that technical direction aligns with business and product goals while balancing scalability, efficiency, and innovation. You will be the linchpin of our application development teams, steering us towards greatness. This role is focused on hands‑on technical contribution and decision‑making, technical oversight, and the enablement of engineering success rather than direct team management. You will evaluate trade‑offs between legacy and new technologies, drive high‑impact solutions, and ensure technical execution supports Roon’s growth and product vision. Additionally, you will play a key role in resolving cross‑product technical challenges where clear ownership is not established, ensuring alignment and collaboration across development teams.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and R&D team management to ensure that technical execution supports Roon’s long‑term product, platform, and market goals. Additionally, you will drive alignment across both Product and Engineering.

• Lead Development Across Platforms:
