• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizing skills
• Professional presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Experience in health promotion, well-being, and quality improvement fields
• Familiarity with community-based organizations and resources
• Knowledge of health services product design and development
