What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving internal stakeholders and pharmacy owners
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales funnel and accurately forecast within the assigned territory
  • Travel frequently to support industry events and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building
  • 4-year College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare space
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
