• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding training plans for new hires
• Execute training programs utilizing various effective methods including classroom training and web-based learning
• Coordinate ongoing technical training and professional development for field medical and internal functions
• Conduct learning needs assessments to determine training priorities based on projected goals
• Monitor and adjust training strategies to ensure alignment with changing Medical Affairs strategies

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of industry medical affairs experience in healthcare professional‑facing roles
• Current knowledge of local legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines relevant to industry interactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%

• Prior experience in curriculum development and application of adult learning principles
• Experience in education outcome assessment
