• Oversee the management of funded products and projects within the Digital Transformation Office
• Manage product and project budgets, contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement product and project plans, including quality control and reporting
• Direct and mentor project team members, product assistants, and coordinators
• Collaborate with clinical informatic analysts and software engineers to manage data and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector (Required)
• Strong skills in building relationships, critical thinking, and project management
• Proven mentoring and organizational skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
• Experience in digital health or technology product management
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment
