• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the evolving needs of the Direct Division
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions with a configuration-before-code mindset
• Create Lightning Web Components and applications to enhance user experience and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Mentor team members on technical standards and best practices

• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits
• Expert skills in developing Lightning Web Components, APEX, and APIs
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems
• Required certifications:
  Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I

• Proven experience with Salesforce solutions such as Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics
