• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and best practice workflows
• Produce documentation including workflow analyses, design specifications, and project plans
• Perform application testing and provide ongoing support to end-users
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions in virtual or in-person settings
• Participate in vendor review processes and assist with system upgrades and patches

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application support and maintenance
• Understanding of application deployment and management tools (e.g., SCCM/Group Policy)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Knowledge of SQL
• Prior experience using Service Now
• Additional relevant certifications or training in healthcare technology
