Job Description• Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages, tools, and frameworks. Tasks include reviewing code, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing software systems.
• Experienced programmers will interpret architecture and design, conduct code reviews, mentor and guide junior programmers, ensure adherence to policies, and oversee testing and release processes.
Required Skills and Experience- Coordinate, assign, and review work of programming personnel.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and users to develop new programming methods.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior programmers.
- Represent the team in project meetings.
- Work with analysts and architects to ensure system functionality.
- Manage large teams across projects.
- 6 to 12 years of experience;
Bachelor’s Degree required. - Experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Architecture, Lifecycle, and Data Management.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture, and Technical Solution Design.
- Over 12 years in SOA/EAI/Middleware Architecture, design, and implementation.
- Over 8 years in web Methods architecture and lifecycle implementation.
