5+ years of application production support experience.
Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture.
Experience with:
- Oracle
- MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers.
Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
Experience using Grafana and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Familiarity with Service Now incident, problem, and change management processes.
Preferred SkillsCloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architectures, and API management.
Experience with application performance tuning and capacity planning.
Experience supporting financial services or large enterprise environments.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to perform effectively during high-pressure production incidents.
Strong collaboration across development, infrastructure, and business teams.
