Job Description

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform accurate and quick arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and give correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Deliver product by car and then to customer’s door, including flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate adverse terrain (multi‑story buildings, private homes, other delivery sites) while carrying product.
• Read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
