Job SummaryAssist in maintaining a high‑energy, positive environment where client‑centric service is consistently demonstrated. Help drive store performance, foster superior client service, and maintain operational excellence. Manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals while leading by example.
Tasks & Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lead by example in all company operations, creating a client‑centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
- Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
- Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
- Assist the Salon Director in controlling top‑line revenue and expenses.
- Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
- Work nights as well as Saturdays or Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
- Have reliable transportation to go to the bank as needed.
- Expect to work five days per week, approximately a 40‑to‑45‑hour schedule.
- College education preferred, but not required.
- Management and/or Sales experience required.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
- Problem‑solving and organizational/planning skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to coach and mentor while knowing supervisory practices.
- Team‑building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from floors Tunnel.
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions: dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
