- Identify areas for improvement to enhance service metrics
- Two years of experience in life insurance carrier new business processing and/or account management
- Financial services industry experience
- Life insurance license (must obtain within six months of hire)
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- College degree
- Progress toward FLMI designation
- Extensive knowledge of company products and industry forms
- Experience in New Business function
