- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the mid-to-large plan institutional market
- Knowledge of various retirement plans and related investment products
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Established relationships with retirement advisors, consultants, and plan sponsors
