- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry products and market intelligence
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with effective decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 50%+ of the time
- Strong technical foundation related to hospitality technology solutions
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex hardware and services solutions
- Experience with customer-facing presentations and skilled in negotiation and client communications
- Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
