Account Executive, SMB Team Sales Verona, Monclair, NJ

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who want to build strong customer relationships and deliver T-Mobile’s products to small and medium-sized businesses (10‑299 employees). This is a hunter role that focuses on meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by acquiring new accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

• Generate and manage leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless solutions, plans, data services, handsets, and accessories, to demonstrate value and meet customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, tailoring solutions to each customer.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, relationship management, and product knowledge through training and sales meetings.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation to manage the sales funnel, track activities, and forecast results.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ years of verifiable new‑customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
• Experience in B2B sales outside of telecommunications (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 – $129,500 (inclusive of incentives)

Base Pay Range: $43,020 – $77,700

Actual starting pay is based on work location, qualifications, and experience within the ranges above.
