Lyons Woodlands Hall Holiday Park require an Apprentice Front Of House Receptionist. This position is part time and a chance to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate after the course is complete
Daily duties:- Addressing customers needs
- Checking guests in & out
- Complaint handling
- Answering the phone
- Selling holidays
- Assist with the daily running of the department
Must have a good friendly personality and be comfortable taking to guests and other Team members. Have an excellent telephone manor. Clear at speaking English is a must and be comfortable in general reading, writing and general mathematics.
Must have general knowledge of Windows excel & word and training will be given on our own portal for bookings and holiday home owners database.
Qualifications requiredGCSE English & Maths D or above
