Now, were looking for a Skilled Shovel Driver to join our high:performing team and help keep our cutting:edge plant running safely, smoothly, and sustainably.

• Operating a JCB excavator, youll play a key role in our production and logistics team by:
• Moving materials and products safely around the plant
• Loading silos and sorting/blending product
• Managing burner operations and monitoring product quality
• Recording bucket weights and completing documentation
• Handling ash waste and ensuring proper disposal
• Performing daily safety checks and maintaining excellent cab hygiene
• Keeping work spaces clean and hazard:free
• Reporting issues and contributing to continuous improvement

About you:

• A valid Shovel Driver / Rough Terrain Licence (or equivalent)
• At least 1 years experience operating mobile plant machinery
• Good paperwork and numeracy skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong safety awareness and a proactive work ethic

• 5 GCSEs (grades 9:5 / A*:C or equivalent)
• IOSH Working Safely qualification or equivalent
