Retail Shift Manager (Part Time)
Location:
Denbighshire, Clwyd, UK, LL15 1HP

Hourly pay: £15.45-£15.95. 35‑hour contract. 30‑35 days holiday pro‑rata. Additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. 10% in‑store discount. Enhanced family leave. Pension scheme. Long‑service awards.
As a Retail Shift Manager, you will maintain high standards daily and ensure the shop floor runs smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage operations within the store and supervise colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Show passion for being a key part of the Store Team.
- Encourage and support colleagues’ development and the improvement of store operations.
- Conditional on satisfactory references.
- Conditional on a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check (if requested).
