An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ruthin and Dolgellau Agency. We seek a Sales and Operations Manager to work closely with our existing Compliance, Training & Competency Manager.

** Typical duties of the role include:*
* * Managing employee schedules  
* Assisting with staff recruitment and development  
* Driving sales, securing work and implementing follow up  
* Co-ordinating sales, administrative and customer service activity, getting involved in special campaigns and projects along the way  
* Overseeing the daily operational workload planning  
* Leading, managing, motivating and developing direct reports so that team members can maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential  
* Managing and reporting on important business information as required  
* Creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety  
* Assisting Agents as required    
** Essential Criteria*
* * You will be educated to at least A level or equivalent and have GCSE at C minimum in Maths & English  
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to establish rapport and develop relationships  
* Ambitious, self-motivated person with good organisational skills and desire to play a positive role in building a successful business  
* Flexible and enjoy working with people  
* Ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes  
* Possess a good working knowledge of computers including windows applications    
** Desirable Criteria*
* * Fluent Welsh speaker  
* Experience in using CRM systems  
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial role
