Coordinating and overseeing multiple projects running in parallel
Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes (working with Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD)
Specifying manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, digital)
Building and expanding theoretical and practical expertise in the field of adhesives and sealants production
Sharing knowledge and experience with local and regional organizations
Planning, leading, and executing international projects in accordance with project management standards and PCP guidelines:
From equipment specification to start-up Defining production standards and ensuring their application in new projects as well as in existing facilities
Collaborating with R&D teams on the development of new technologies and the introduction of new products with focus on equipment and process parameters
Organization and supervision of trials at pilot scale
Your Skills and Experience Competences Project management
Knowledge of mixing, filling and packaging equipment
Basic understanding of the chemistry of adhesives and sealants
Hands-on attitude
Collaboration with different cultures
Good communication skills
English and German are essential, knowledge of other languages advantageous
Willingness to travel (20-30%)Education Chemical, process or mechanical engineer, preferably Masters Degree Experience Experience in the chemical or food industry advantageous
