Berufsbeistandschaft Bezirk Hinwil sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter:in / Sozialpädagog:in / Jugendcoach für das Pilotprojekt zur Förderung von Kompetenzen und Selbstständigkeit junger Erwachsener.
Sie arbeiten aufsuchend, entwickeln gemeinsam Entwicklungspläne, vernetzen Spezialstellen und koordinieren das Hilfenetzwerk; hohe Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind gefragt. Start nach Vereinbarung, 80–100% Stelle in der Region Hinwil.
