Uppingham School is offering a full-time apprenticeship within the People and Culture team. The role combines hands-on training delivery, operational coordination and system-based tracking to ensure training activity is visible, measurable and well-managed.
You will help plan sessions, deliver onboarding and create training materials, while maintaining accurate records and generating reports on attendance and completion.
