Location: Uppingham
Uppingham School is seeking a Training Coordinator Apprentice to begin a career in People and Culture, combining hands-on experience with formal training toward a recognised qualification. You will contribute to training planning, delivery, and data management across the School.
The role offers a permanent contract with a Level 3 or 5 apprenticeship, 35 hours per week (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday, and a fully funded development pathway with mentoring.
