Clinical Director

Linnaeus seeks an experienced Clinical Director to lead the Rutland and Kings Veterinary Centre. As the Clinical Director you will drive clinical excellence, support team growth, and shape the future of our thriving practice.

Location: Rutland and Kings Veterinary Centre, Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (Depending on experience).

Hours: Full‑time, working over 4 or 5 days per week. No on‑call, but participation in the shared weekend and bank holiday rota is part of this role.

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a supportive, community‑focused first‑opinion practice based in Uppingham, Leicestershire. In addition to our RCVS‑accredited hospital in Uppingham, we have accredited branches in Corby, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Syston. We proudly offer on‑site emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
